BOMBAY HIGH Offshore (Sea) Rig ONGC Invite application for the post of:

Floor Man.

Qualification:

S.S.C or Equivalent Qualification also are eligible for this post.

Salary:

40k ON Duty / 40k OFF Duty. and you get Increments in yearly 2 times. and you reach 6L above salary in this field by Promotion.

Note : Here On Duty and Off Duty means (1 Month (28 Days Work and 1 Month (28 Days Leave) when you are on Leave (Off Duty) you get the same salary.

Floor Man Promotion Career Growth:

1) Foreman, 2) Assistant Driller, 3) Driller, 4)Assistant Barge Engineer, 5) Barge Engineer,  6) Tool pusher, 7) OIM (Offshore Installation Manager. 

Benefits:

EPF ,ESI , Air Travelling, Food and Accommodation.

Rotation:

28 Days Work 28 Days leave (Leave with paid Salary).

The Floor Man Work Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Follow company and HSE policy and procedures.

2. Follow the rig manager and tool pusher order

3. Handles tubular and drilling tools using rig floor equipment (Air, Winch, Power, Tong etc....)

4. Pickup/ lay down drill pipes drill collars, tubing casing and other BHA

5. Clean and maintenance the drilling equipment and keeps the drilling area clear.

6. Performs general maintenance duties to ensure the function ability and and safety of the equipment.

7. Works with casing cementing logging and directional drilling crews in performing specialized work related down hole operation.

8. Assists the driller in rigging up and rigging down the third party equipment ( wireling , cementing, casing etc.)

9. Works at the Derrick when needed.

10. Setup maintenance disassemble the transport rig floor equipment.

11. Moves and maintenance drill stem ( Drill pipes drill collars etc.)

12. Keeps the well shut in tools (safety valve grey valve) in good working condition.

13. Keep the different slips in God working condition

14. Develop great working relationship with all employees on the rig to ensure a safe working environment.

15. Report any unsafe working procedure to their supervisor.

16. Participants and promote company health and safety campaign policies and procedures and ensure personal safety and their colleagues at all time.

17. Provide support as part of the drilling emergency response team .

Note :- If you're going first time on Rig ask your work and responsibilities from supervisor of rig. Because of that every rig have different type of policy and work rotation term.
